At Embention we have been on a clear mission for more than 17 years, to enable drones to populate our skies.
We provide our more than 600 customers in 70 countries with the development of avionics, critical components and high-performance software for their professional UAS (UAVs, drones, eVTOLs…) in accordance with aeronautical certification standards.
The projects that our engineers carry out are very varied, from urban aerial mobility, through freight transport to space rocket recovery projects.
The core of our company lies in our R&D team made up of more than 80 engineers with multiple specialities who, together with the rest of the team, form a total of more than 100 professionals with the same objective.

Mission
- Maintain the state of the art of our products from a software point of view in order to guarantee our customers safe and successful flights in compliance with the aeronautical standards.
Actions
- Management of the software of our products, leading the process of requirements analysis, planning, resources, coordination, monitoring of the execution, verification and monitoring of the start-up
- Coordination of the technical and human resources involved in the development process
- Preparation of reports and procedures
- Acting as a communication link between the technical team and the different CXOs
We need
- Computer engineer or similar
- Three or more years of experience in similar roles
- Autonomy, decision making, leadership and organisation skills
- Willingness to work in a team
- Fluent English
